Receive what I ordered
I have 4 different sized brushes, my hair dryer, and hair straightener. Now everything is in one place. All I have to do is remove organizer from cabinet and I'm ready to go.
In the comfort of my home. What could be better. You guys are great. The selection of all items is awesome.
No problems; ordered and it arrived, not in two days though.
Overall experience shopping is good. But please consider eliminating, or at least reducing your shipping charges.
Many other sites have the exact merchandise, without shipping charges.
There have been a number of instances where I shopped elsewhere due to your shipping charges.

As a frequent shopper of Collections, I've been extremely satisfied with delivery and product quality. However that came to a quick halt when I wanted to add-on to an order, in which I already paid shipping twice for that day, (I thought it was only fair because a good 6 hours passed). But the third order, a mere 40 minutes went by. I called and asked IF I could add on since it was less than 45 minutes that had passed. I was told to "call back because that order was not in the system". Call back in 3 hours. I did and WOW! That was a mistake. I got reprimanded not like I've ever been by any person in my life. I begged to speak to a supervisor, I was put on hold for 17 minutes. Totally unacceptable for me. Finally I was able to speak to a supervisor who did in fact allow me to place that order, but never once apologized for the behavior of her employee. I will think twice about ordering again. It's really too bad. I decorated an entire floor of a Senior Living Center with most of YOUR products. If I was asked once, I was asked 40 times where I got the decorations, but due to this incident, I can't tell them. It's really sad...too sad.
But my decorations are complete, well liked, and many smiles across the Seniors faces.

Liked the quilt. Arrived in a week. Colors are same as picture. Not a thick quilt which is what I wanted. We don't use our quilts as blankets. They are for show only. That's what blankets are for!
