Great place to shop, just to many things to choose from.
The one item, solar Squirrels did not work. I have contacted Customer support, and supposedly I will be receiving a new item, but that call was on August 28th and so far I see NOTHING that a new Solar squirrel has been sent to me. No e-mails or texts, or even verification that I did call. Nothing on my site with Collections etc. It took quite a while for them to shop the initial order, I am hoping that it just takes a long time to ship the item to me.

Fedx left package at wrong house. Sometimes they leave package at post office. When I order something to be delivered at my home, I expect it to be delivered to my home. Fedx does this frequently. UPS delivers to my house, so why can't Fedx?

2 of the 3 items I purchased were very cheaply made. I thought the stacked pumpkin I ordered was glass and the stem of the pumpkin was the only glass part. The housing on the bottom for the light fell out taking it out of the box. It is not securely fastened. The stacked pumpkin is a cheap plastic and it is so variegated that the face of the pumpkin doesn't even show up when lit. The solar pumpkin lights are also made out of a cheap plastic and very thin. I haven't used them yet but will see what they look like when I put them out for Halloween. The products on your website look so much better than the product and I was very disappointed in my order.

No issues. Products were delivered in a timely manner and everything was as good as or better than expected.
I rc'd my order but was missing 1 item. I contacted customer service and was told they will ship the missing item out and I will get in in 10 business days. Unfortunately this item is time sensitive as I need it for a gift and still have not rc'd it.

A little puzzled how to go through ordering. I called about another order I did through PayPal. They told me they had no other order. I looked into it and found out that everything went through PayPal fine, but Collections never finish the transaction. In the meantime, I have been waiting for this. Now what do I do?
I have ordered items from Collections Etc multiple times in the past and have always been pleased with both the customer service and quality for price on the items I received. My most recent purchase proved once again that you can get a decent product for a decent price! Thank you Collections Etc.
