Easy to order, just type in product # from catalogue

I ordered 2 pair Capri pants. No where near the measurements of the sizing chart. They were way too big and too long. I returned them but had to pay return shipping according to customer service. I think I should have been reimbursed for shipping and handling costs since this was a sizing error through your company.

Only problem is with receiving my shipping rebate.

The knee brace I ordered was too small. I measured my knee before ordering but it did not fit. Apparently runs small. Gave it away.

Halloween mantle design was very nice.
Tunic looks nice too.

Every thing went fine except for the shipping time delay. The length could have been longer but will do fine.

Like the products but when you get free shipping they still charge you a processing fee. I don't think this is right.

Beautiful quilt

I did receive most of my order, all but one item, my order consisted of 3 orders for 'name' stickers, they were Cody, Levi and Savahna. The invoice stated that 'Cody' was on back order, but I did receive 'Cody' with this order. I did not receive 'Savahna', so I called to correct the error and was assured I would receive her (unicorn) name stickers within a couple of weeks.
