Like the products and the prices; good quality

I do a lot of shopping with Collections Etc., I've been doing Christmas shopping from the catalog a little at a time, I also wait for "shipping" specials. I do not like paying shipping charges.

Nothing fit right. Returning merchandise.

I contacted customer services to cancel one of the items that was on back order. She told me that it cancelled. I received this email today and I checked the track my order and it shows it was shipped. I am okay with the items I purchased.

I have always had good service when ordering from Collections Etc and 95% of the time I keep my purchases.

Print on bead spread was off set, and not in the center of the bed
