I love southwest and these are perfect. Just wish you had more accent rugs like I have bought i the past.
This past holiday season I ordered 5 sets of light up ornaments. They look very nice to hang on the tree.The issue was I ordered trees, angels, natitivity scene, gift box and reindeer ornaments. The first order came in and half the trees and a few of the angels didnt work. Customer Service was wonderful then said they would send new ones. But then I opened up nativity reindeer and again more then half didnt work. When I got in touch with Customer Service this time they indicated I was liking to get free ones.So now they wanted all sent back before they would send out any. I was all for returning the bad ones but I did not appreciate the fact that I wasnt telling the truth. I went ahead and purchased new batteries which fixed most of the ornaments but not all.
I shop Collections several times a year. Everything has been good quality and fast shipping.
