Website is easy to navigate but could not get promo code to work correctly when using My Points
I ordered the Frosted Mason Jar cat lamp and received a jumbo solar light instead. Called customer service about it, and was told that the cat lamp was no longer available, but I recently checked on line and found that there are 58 left. Somewhat disappointed, would have been a nice touch to my decorations.

Of the 3 items I received, only 1 was exactly as described. One of the lighted pictures that was to 'twinkle' flashed and did not look good at all. The other item was broken in 2 places and was so broken, I didn't think I could safely repair it since I was looking at the fiber optic strands and the opening where it was broken was too small for fingers and glue to reside in together. Very disappointed.

Overall experience was very good. No issues with ordering, my purchase was promptly, timely received, as the order is a Christmas gift that was very appreciated. I've purchased a number of items over the past few years, have not once been disappointed in a product.

Great
One of the items I ordered was the skin tag remover. The bottle leaked all over the inside of the envelope and even through the bubble wrap to the outside of the envelope. The seal was still on the bottle, but the cap looked like it was a bit lopsided. The bottle was about 2/3 full. Other than that, everything was fine and the delivery was fast... especially considering the busy season.

The solar tree and the socks were not nearly as nice as pictured. I liked the sting lights and the rug. The rug was very nice quality. The solar tree, so pretty in your picture, is a rather raggedly "Charlie Brown tree before the decorations" looking tree. We have it up - we love Charlie Brown. It's just not like in the picture. The string bulbs are very nice quality. The socks are very thin and did not feel good on my feet. So 1/2 the order was disappointing and 1/2 was good.
