PLEASE.SECURE ITEMS and PACKAGING for BETTER SHIPPING! Shipping took forever, now I know why it was FREE. Purchases where for gifts, do not know at this time if all are in working order.
I'm usually quite happy with my purchases. Not long ago I purchased some seat covers that did not fit. I was told that a label would be sent to me to ship back. I never got it. I called back again and got a person I could hardly understand and who got cranky when I asked them to repeat themselves.
Then I found out that I would be charged $7.99 for returns and would not even get the money until you receive the items back. That is as much as one of these items cost me! Sucks pretty much. First they don't fit, then I have to pay to ship them back! There was no size on them. They just said "one size fits most". I don't think I should have to pay shipping again. Unfortunately, I bought 4 sets of them and it would cost more for me to keep them. I won't be anxious to intentionally purchase from your company again.

I was hoping to find an item I had ordered a few years ago, but it couldn't be fond. I guess it was discontinued. I understand "Supply and Demand" rule. Now if someone could explain why gas prices are a 2.17 in the morning and in the afternoon it is 2.47, this is crazy.
My order was received in a timely manner and everything I ordered was in stock.
Customer Service was very good. They were friendly and helpful. Received the product in a timely manner. I love all products I have bought from them. I will continue buying from Collections ETC.
