Shipping was very slow. I tracked my package and saw it sit in Georgia for a couple of days. Waste of time. I live in Tn. And thought about going and picking it up.

I forget what I've ordered sometime so if you mention which item I could give better comment.

I don't have an issue with the service however the quality of your merchandise is below what I expected specifically the wall swags and the pillow covers. Everything else was ok.

Ordered the item and at the time the item was available. I went and looked to see when it would get here and it said the item was no longer available. No e-mail was ever sent to me that this was unavailable. I think it would have been more professional if I was contacted so I could look for it at another place.

The price was very reasonable, and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product.

I have found Collection to be fairly priced, easy to use website, good quality items & fast delivery. They have useable products, free shipping often & reliable service.

Sharing shipping information and shipping timing could have been better.
