First time ordering from this site. Everything was as described and looks great. The order shipped and arrived as promised.
The products are really nice, the price was good. But the delivery by Fedex was extremely bad. One package
Was sitting at their facilities for a week in our city before Fedex delivered. I cannot see why irritating costumers is a good policy for Fedex.

1 ******* BEYOND BRIGHT GARAGE LIGHT:
On the down side - The silver screw base came apart from the inner plastic base but we were able to glue it together and it works. Not good for a $30 item.
On the plus side - It is as bright as advertised.

Trying to make this short... Placed an order, received damaged goods, contacted them repeatedly with no response, found a link to print a label and return it, they received it but no response for over a week. There's a ton more to the story as in they could get in touch when they can't get authorization to charge me for a back-ordered item but have no trouble authorizing charges despite that and finally... THEY CHARGED ME $7.99 TO RETURN MY $4.97 DAMAGED ITEM! I will never shop here again.
Update, after contacting BBB, they refunded the $7.99 on 9/11/20. This morning, 9/13/20, the refund is gone! Wrote a second complaint to BBB. And the saga continues!
After placing my order, I received it in about a week or so. Very happy with the items I chose and the prices I paid. Will not hesitate to order again. I'm usually always happy with my orders.

I notice more than ever there are a lot of items that are gone so quickly and never gotten again. It is aggravating when you get a catalog and within 5 - 7 days the item is already gone.
