I recently ordered a bedspread and sham on line. First it was the wrong size and damaged. It took w weeks to get there. Sent it back the next day vis federal Express. Called customer 3 different times about my refund always got s different answer. Even when I gave them my tracking number telling me it arrived. They pretty much called me a liar. Now finally 3 weeks later I got my refund should of been 48.00got a lousy 28.00. DON'T BUY FROM THEM QUALITY OF MERCHSNDISE IS CHESP AND HORRIBLE!
Quick and easy even after an issue. One item was missing from my order because the shipping bag had a 2' hole in it where it must have slipped out. I called customer service and the missing item was quickly shipped to me.
