I was glad to see you had some puzzles left. Your check out is pretty easy.

I HAD A DIFFICULT TIME TRYING TO TALK TO SOMEONE ABOUT AN ORDER I DIDN'T RECEIVE. I FINALLY GOT A HOLD OF SOMEONE TO TALK WITH AND EVERYTHING WAS TAKEN CARE OF, SHE REORDER IT FOR ME. THANK YOU

Have not had any problems with Collections.

Handling the shopper's cart is tricky.
Delivery takes too long.
Old orders don't get removed from the cart.
Deliverly takes tooo long, and then I get an e-mail asking if I received it yet?! You should know if you sent it and when it was delivered.
Take a lesson from AMAZON!
I thought I signed up for free shipping, but I'm not sure now.

My order was sent in two shipments and all products were received. I was notified that this shipment would be sent this way and was received within a few days of each other.

I received my order and am pleased.

I have ordered a few times from them now. Each time I have been pleasantly pleased with my items,the prices and the delivery times..

Loved the products I ordered and the quick delivery

I like shopping at collections, they have great prices and a nice quality product. The only thing I wish they would have a better quality of is their throw rugs they have beautiful colors but they are thin and very light weight, not worth the price for the quality of the rug you'll getting. But over all I like it. I've ordered a lot from there and will continue. It's very reasonable. I would recommend them.

Didn't expect a couple seasonal items to be sold out so quickly.

Disappointed some items are out of stock. I am waiting for their delivery, otherwise everything else is 5 star.

Products are good quality, prices are right. I always like shopping Collections, Etc.
