I just recieved my package today Sept 17th and I am missing one of my items. I called customer service and reported it. They were very helpful. Sending me out my missing item in 7-10 days I was told. Seems like a long time for a mistake on your behave. Thank you. Susan

I ORDERED AN ITEM AS A BIRTHDAY GIFT AND WHEN I RECEIVED IT I FOUND IT WAS MADE TOO SMALL AND WANTED TO EXCHANGE IT. I CALLED TO FIND THEY COULD NOT GUARANTEE IT WOULD BE DELIVERED ON TIME, IF I EXCHANGED IT. BUT IF I RE-ORDERED THE PRODUCT AND RETURNED THE ORIGINAL ONE, I WOULD RECEIVE IT ON TIME. I DID RE-ORDER AND IT CAME ON TIME. HOWEVER, THE ITEM HAD A NEW PRICE, AND I HAD TO PAY ALMOST $3 MORE FOR THE SAME ITEM. IN ADDITION TO THAT, I HAD TO PAY $8 IN RETURN POSTAGE FOR THE ORIGINAL ITEM. SO I AM OUT $10 FOR ORDER. NOT HAPPY!
I have not received the Trump hat I ordered nor an e-mail telling me it is on backorder like I received for the puzzle. Can you check to see if it should have been in the shipment?
