Very user-friendly website. The style of the boots I ordered changed so I needed to return them. The return label was easy to print out and the instructions were simple. I would not hesitate to recommend Collections Inc. again.

Over all a good experience. Color of item was listed in stock online, but then notice received it was back ordered. Different color swapped out to expidite delivery. Not the color I believed to be immediately available, which may have led to further shopping elsewhere, but overall satisfied with product and delivery time for alternate color

Very disappointed with the tumblers I ordered. They are pretty much junk.

I had a valid catalogue with an item on sale but i did not receice the sale price...upsetting! The skin tag removal was listed in more tha n one book for 12.99 BUT I was charged19.99

I really like shopping at Collection etc I have ordered from them for years and have never been disappointed with their products.

Still waiting on backordered item...One order was received on time...packed well..
