I love shopping with collection etc. They have a variety of beautiful items on an affordable price. Due to the pandemic it's been very hard to shop, but collection etc makes it easy. Thank you

Ran into a problem when trying to place an order. Thought when I called collections employee would be able to see my order on the computer and help me place the order. Had to hang up and reorder on the computer. It all worked out just extra work.

I have bought from Collections for quite a few years. I like what they have and it good merchandise, most of the time. The prices are very reasonable. If I have to send back, it is easy to do, no hassle.

I received part of my order today. According to the packing slip, the other 2 items shipped 12 days ago but have not received them yet.

Only received a partial order.

You charged $2.99 for shipping and then an additional fee for processing but yet when I was going to order same item on Tuesday there was no processing fee. To me thar is wrong. I contacted several times via email about customer service. No one ever contacted me back on any emails I sent.

I have been ordering household items from collections for many years. I am always happy with purchases. Ordering on line or by mail, they are efficient and prompt. I highly recommend Collections etc.

Items came fast and were packaged well.

It took some to get it but it was worthwhile the products were very good
