Difficult to find some articles, sizes; would be great to be able to have matching shams as bedspreads tend to be shorter than needed if used without shams.

I love the bedspread-it's beautiful.
However the sewing machine music box plays no music.
I have returned one of the items from my order, but have not received any word that they have received it or that my refund has been processed.
I think you need to indicate that when you order on line you can't have an item shipped to a different address. What happened you shipped the whole order now I have to pay double postage to have other items shipped back to me. Then I had a back order which I called & indicated not to shipped it to WI & they did anyway. I've always ordered a lot of items from you but was totally disappointed with this mix up. Not sure I will be ordering anymore.
Things were ok except for pants that were to big and I have since returned them..
Product if fine but it took too long to be delivered. About 2 months
Wasn't real thrilled with the boots-wouldn't want to wear them out in the snow. Liked the scrunch top. I didn't measure for the desk stand, and it didn't work for what I wanted. Hoping my son or one of the kids can use it.
I had a credit coming of 10.79 and you did not take it off my bill.

I love the quilt but almost full price with shipping I felt was too much money. And it took 12days to ship to me. The color in the pictures was off but it's ok.
