Received my product in a timely manner

It took ne a long time to receive my items, longer than expected and the griller was smaller than I ever expected.

I always find nice products usually at reasonable prices.

Collections,etc, is the best place to shop for well priced quilts and other items for the home.

Sending back fleece shams. Too small for a regular pillow. Appear to be defective in size.

I havent used some of the item yet as they are for spring and summer. Will need to return wallet i ordered as it isnt big enough for how i wanted to use it i guess. One time i ordered my things xame surprisingly quick but this time it was especially slow coming.

I have shopped with collections for years. I think their shipping costs are a little high, and not in competition with other sites. There should be some kind of discount for your older clientele as a thank you for staying with them.

The rugs have very bad creases in them where they were folded and I have been trying to get them out...I had to wash them and they are still some what creased..
