The shams I ordered were clearly marked in the clearance advertisement as $2.95 each. However, when I placed the order, the price doubled on the order form. When I contacted Customer Service, I was told that I had entered the wrong code, and there was nothing they could do about it. I did not enter ANY code, and I informed them that as a result of this I would no longer be a Collections, Etc. customer. I have been a customer for years and have bought many items with which I was pleased, along with the current order. I have no quibble with the quality of the purchase.
