I did not receive an answer from customer service regarding an item I returned for exchange and did not receive this item back. They stated they did not have my credit card information. Easy to shop and check out
I ordered a skirt and went by your size chart when ordering but found when I received it it was not true to the size chart and had to return for a smaller size and wound up paying more than I would have to start with. I liked the skirt but not the price I wound up paying for it. I have been a customer of Collections in the past and I like their products and am glad I could exchange the skirt
