Purchased this as a birthday gift for my sister. She loved it! However, when I assembled it, one of the nuts was stripped and couldn't be used to secure the bolt. Maybe an extra nut and bolt would be handy.

I have bought from Collections for many many years, from when all things were just 4.99, I am so pleased with them. The only complaint I have is when I am shipped someone elses return and it is damaged or just doesn't work. It has happened 3x times now on yard blowup decorations, Easter, 4th of July and Christmas. And they were expensive items.

Like the product, but had to fill in the purchase info twice.

Fairly easy process.

It was easy at first. I chose the items I wanted and put them in the cart. However, at that point I went to create an account. Once I did that, all my items disappeared and I had to re-insert them. Not very smooth, to my way of thinking.
