Always pleased with products. Never have gotten anything that I didn't like! Very happy shopper with Collections Etc.!

The only problem I encountered was with the free shipping that was offered. After entering promo code for free shipping I received confirmation with amount to be charged to debit card. When I received my bank statement I saw a different total. I contacted company and was assured the shipping fee would be credited to my account within 24-48 hours. A week later it was credited to my debit card.
