If an item is no longer available at checkout via paypal the order disappears and you have to start over - I had to do this several times; one item wasn't available & by the time I recreated it another item was now not available and kicked my order out. The day after my 2/2 order accepted there were three more orders on 2/3 that created from the kick outs. I call customer service they said too late to cancel two of the three (one was cancelled) and issued me pickup stickers for the two shipments that could not be stopped. I received the 2/2 order and the pickup stickers & then called again to find out about the other orders that could not be cancelled - this time I was told that they were cancelled - that was good news - but this whole experience was stressful. Thank you for cancelling the other bogus orders/shipments.
So far I never had to return anything. Hope this order comes as nice. They will fit in with other items I have.
I am always very satisfied with Collection, Etc. The items I have ordered arrive just as presented when I order them. This order was a gift and it was delivered and I was notified right away. I will continue to shop with Collections, Etc. from now on.
