I saw this product advertised on TV. When I got your catalog, I saw in the section "as advertised on TV" the electric razor. Ergonomically the razor works great.

Their prices might seem good, but their handling charges which they still charge even though they say that you are getting free shipping, are astronomical! What's more, I ordered something, and told them that I needed two day shipping. I paid through the nose for that extra shipping cost. That was nearly 2 weeks ago, and it is still not here! I needed those Items yesterday for my Mother's funeral. I no longer need them, and I want to cancel the items because they have not yet left the factory. But they are currently having a "system upgrade", that no one was told about until anyone tried to contact them, which I have been trying to do for a week now. How convenient that they don't have to service their ordering customers during this time. The only thing that they will allow at this time is placing orders! This is no way to run a business. Take my name off your customer list, I will never order from you again!
Two of the 4 products I bought did not work.
The bacon cooker says to use 3 minutes. I used up to 5 minutes and the bacon was still far from being cooked. I used a 1100 watt microwave.
The Rotating Refrigerator Organizer does not work. The design is good but the material used prevents it from functioning. If it had ball bearings instead of the plastic balls, it would probably work great.
Please email a return label. Your on-line system has been down for days. Thank you.

I received my two solar lanterns in good condition and working.
The bed ruffles were perfect. I ordered them in 3 different colors. I like them because they are elastic and I do not have to move the mattress to put them on the bed. They just fit around the frame. I also ordered Ruby Space Triangles to organize my closet. Everything was delivered in a timely manner and the sale price was great. The ordering process was fast and easy.
Usually everything I buy is great. But this time I ordered a pair of house slippers that were size 8. Which is 1/2 size larger than shoes. They were made in China, and must have been left over from the time they bound women's feet so they could not grow. Couldn't even get my foot in. And bras I ordered were the same. Ordered a larger size and they are very small. I can still wear them, but barely. And will find someone to give slippers too. But will think 3 times before i order clothes or shoes again. Everything else I have ever ordered was great.
Good price (ordered 6) but one of the wreath storage bags was torn on seam. Bags larger than anticipated which was nice but quality could be improved.
Order was complete and just what I wanted to do some redecorating!
Ordering things like chair pads, covers and even dog scarves. All items are of good quality and just what was needed to make our home presentable.

The E.Cooling Comfort Bra 3-Pack Medium 36-38 wasto small, but the next size Large 40-42 it's to large forme so I'm confused with this sizes I wonder if I can exchange it for something else I don't think I would order anything again
I have never had a problem with my orders from Collections Etc. They arrive in good time. If I have a problem with an item that does not fit or is the wrong color, it is very easy to return. I also receive a speedy refund for returned items. Thank you.
