I thought I was purchasing a car seat heater and massager. I was under the impression that there were separate controls for each. This was not true. The 1 and only power button turned both the massager and heat on. And I found that when the timer went off the heat also turned off. I wanted a car seat heater with a separate button for heat. I will be returning both of them and I will NOT pay the return fee. Very unsatisfied.

I ordered the Cardinal hand towels and Christmas paper plate set. Both came promptly and well packaged. Love the hand towels hanging from my kitchen drawers. I don't have a dishwasher, (gasp!), so I use paper whenever I can. This plate set isn't heavy duty, but I have plastic plate holders so that isn't a problem. It's very pretty though and comes with both size plates, napkins, and cups.

Like that it came sooner than estimated date of delivery. Looking forward to using it in 2024. It is beautiful!

Size Large tunic was too large. $11.99 to exchange it is a ridiculous price. I kept it and am giving it to a friend. I was told on the phone the medium was sold out. I saw it right away on Collections online, ordered it, and received the medium. Apparently, phone person didn't know it was available. I won't order from Collections again.

The order I received was nothing like the picture. Poor quality, thin material, uneven stitching, excessively large. I paid $57 for the two recliner covers. After Collections took their charges for my return off my total, I received $18.00. Customer Service was rude and hung up on me the first time. The second call was no help at all do not order from this company! They are dishonest and have poor quality merchandise.

Site was easy to use. I found the item(s) easily. The delivery arrived on the date specified.
