I placed an order from my phone and another one from my computer. Both arrived as promised.

Merchandise was good and didn't have to go to store in bad weather.

I was not sure of ever getting these items, first pending payment then no payment, then no website and then did not receive notifications the items were being delivered until my payment was debited. I did receive them, but not impressed by customer service and their updates!

As always ordering products from Collections is an easy, dependable experience. Products are good quality and you can count on reasonable delivery dates.

Looks great. A little flimsy so you don't want to use the cord but rod is fine. It serves my need for privacy.

Product as described in catalog. After i put all my info in the wallet it is jammed pack. Could use a larger size, & more pockets inside. Though it has a snap closure but with all my stuff packed in it doesn't close so could have some kind of strap closure as an additional secure fastener.

The rugs that I ordered and received had obviously been folded. I cannot get the folds out of the rugs and wished I had not ordered them. I don't think they will ever lie flat.

Very quick. I liked the things I ordered. I wish the CD player had a louder sound though. The towels are a bit thin, but we'll see how long they last.

Of the many options available from Collections I was able to replace a cover which had performed excellently with the same one in a different color. Bingo! Can't ask for a better experience!
