I wish I knew that the one item I did order for a birthday gift would be on back order because I would have purchased something else at that time. The t-shirts I did buy were true to size and of good quality material. Unfortunately the lawn gnome that I purchased broke as I did carefully remove it from the packaging and at that time is when a piece broke off. Thankfully I was able to glue it back on.

Price increased by more than half, price change, undisclosed surcharge, and shipping fee. Product cheaply made. Purchased as a gift. Definitely will not be perusing anymore of your catalogs. Cease sending them please.

I've learned not to order cotton from Collections Etc. Unless I want to iron.

Everything is there. We are going to have to learn to check dimensions. The catalog makes the items look like they are much bigger than they actually are.

I have ordered many items from collections Inc. all of my orders have alway been received complete and I have been given up dates on all order shipped out.

I got all the items, but the cream I ordered came open and all over the items. It should have been wrapped it separately. It was a mess🤦🏻‍
