I found the bedspread I wanted, and navigated the site easily.
There was some problems with the payment and I ended up paying for and receiving two orders of live plants of which I felt that by returning the plants they would die. I will find homes for them but I will not be buying any more from them ever.
My favorite place to shop, I am handicap and have to shop on line and I enjoy Collectionsetc.
I was disappointed because after ordering and going through the entire process it never told me that my order was taken, so I called customer service and was told it wasn't in her records as going through. So I reordered and the next morning I got an email saying the first and second orders were being processed. So I had to call and request a shipping label so I could return the duplicate items. So far I have not been reimbursed but I did return the items. So why my first order didn't show up right away is beyond me and although I did have polite nice Customer Service people it was a hassle to go through all this. Once I get my reimbursement I will be a satisfied customer again.
I ordered the blur/green tiles. I received gray. I called customer care, informed them. I received gray again.

Wasn't told there was a processing fee til I had already put in my credit card number. Kind of negated the sale price I thought I was getting.
