This is my 3rd set of post caps because they continue to yellow and it is easier to get new ones than to put new batteries in a yellowed cap. My post on my street number sign has already cracked, but the grandkids play in the yard and probably have run it over a few times. Have had a few compliments on the street number sign which works well for me because it is out by the curb so can be seen easily.

I have shopped with Collections Etc. for years and I am always very satisfied with the service and quality of merchandise I have received.

One product was defective. It was a yard spinner, the most expensive item in my order. I called Customer Service and was promised a replacement, which was an acceptable solution, but the replacement has yet to arrive. If the replacement eventually arrives, I will be satisfied, although I hoped for a quicker response. I was pleased with the rest of the items in my order.

I always get good service and products from Collections Etc. Sometimes I get what I pay for, but for the most part, products are good quality. I love the unique gifts for gardens and home...things I can't get locally.

The PayPal function was not working so I was unable to place the order until I went back in and paid with my credit card. That got very frustrating as I kept clicking "place order" and nothing would happen and no error msg came up.

Collections Etc. is always easy to shop with. And they have great deals on so many things. All my orders have been correct and within the time frame listed.

Love CollectionsETC...I don't think that I have ever had an issue with them!

My experience with collections web site was extremely good,I found it to be very user friendly.I will use this site again if I find a product that I like.
