Ordered out of catalog.quick and easy

For the price the product is great however sizing is off. Top of dress fits great bottom too flowey serves my purpose and if not will have it altered.

The arm holes on the top are huge. I would have to wear a shirt under it to cover my bra. I am returning it.

It was very easy to order and the quality of the merchandise was great.

They were to small for the dress and night gown and the slippers were too large. Door bell did not work. I returned the items and I am now waiting for my refund.

I contacted customer service as the wrong item was sent to me...I informed the agent about item I had ordered and she reordered it and I have received it. I then went online to get a return label and have the wrong item ready to send back. I have dealt with Collections etc. for years and everything I get is so nice and such a good deal as to price. I have no complaints. Thank you.
