I ordered four shirts, one was to small was going to return it for another,but you don't have any in stock and you are going to chg. Me $7.99 to return, when I got free shipping and the item cost $9.99, I think that is outrageous for a return. I won't be returning the item and I won't be ordering anymore.

All of the items were great.

Frustrating at times, i still order sometimes.

I was very happy with the articles I ordered. The garden gloves are not sold in stores.

I ordered several items. They were all shipped in one box, which is more convenient than several packages. Everything came promptly and in good condition. The sales are always good and I seem to buy a lot. I read the customer reviews which help me for fit and sizing on the clothing and footwear, etc. I'm pleased with the items I receive.

I was looking for a bedspread in the coral colors and found one on your site. Ordered and received. Like it as it matches my coral color bedroom walls.

The harmony bell aren't very good ringers.

I had to return some of the tops as they were too small for me. Would appreciate knowing if the items were returned.

Fast and easy. User friendly website, however I returned 2 rugs that were suppose to be blue but they were more gray. I returned them on 4/20/2018, they were rec'd by Collections on 5/3/2018. Today is May 17th & I still don't have a credit posted to my credit card. I've call twice and have been told the credit was processed but no credit has posted yet.

I have been a customer since 2006. I have always been satisfied with quality of merchandise for the value.
