Thankfully, this website is one that is easily navigated and each page comes up quickly. Some sites take forever to add items to cart or to move to next page.
The online email with the ad from which this/these products were ordered was not clear. I ordered what I thought was the entire set (metal cat plus changeable/seasonal attachments). When it came, it was only the attachments and not the cat. I called customer service and received immediate attention. The rep was helpful and sent the remainder of the order (the metal cat) out a few days later. I was charged only the price of the item and not any additional freight charges.

Item ******* color change solar stakes s/6 $17.99. Ordered 2 sets. Two of each set did not work. Called and they said they would send another set without charge. I asked them to please check to make sure they worked before sending. Haven't seen bill so I don't know if I wasn't charged, but 5 of the 6 of the replacement set do not work. Just pitched those. Called again and they said they would credit me for that set, but wouldn't send any more. (I had already been told I wouldn't be charged.) Just spent $12.50 on four new batteries to get enough to work. Asked the representative to see this very poor product was removed from your catalogs. Also asked to be removed from your mailing list as I won't use this service anymore although I had purchased and been satisfied with many items in the past.
