Easy but didn't receive third item ordered and have yet to receive a followup email regarding status.

I can always find something unique at a great price at Collections Etc.!

A few of the steps in the ordering process were a little confusing to me; but I am not a computer genius
And I was able to complete my order.

The post cap is very nice. The braided rug is okay but not very high quality looking.

I ordered a queen size bedspread, it doesn't even fit the bed, it's like 12" off the floor. Asked if I could ship it back without paying shipping, since it was their poor quality & sizing, ( made in China) they said absolutely not. I have ordered from many catalogues & always had a favorable response on not paying for shipping. I will definitely NOT order from Collections again

Very frustrated with the website. My order was placed twice and when I tried to cancel the second submission, received a rude, uncooperative agent who failed to solve the situation. Satisfied with the product but VERY unhappy with how the double order situation was handled.
