I always receive products on time and in good condition

Have ordered three things from Collections and have been happy with all of them. I am not happy that after ordering one item found it cheaper from them on Amazon. I called them and asked for a price adjustment and was told that nothing could be done. They did say they would send me a $5.00 credit in an email to be used on a future order. It never arrived :(

I enjoy the catalogs and the cheap prices. I find that the quality is good for the price. Ive ordered for years

You have to look at just about everything to find what you're looking for.

One of the items I received was damaged. I contacted customer service who said I could return it or have it reshipped. I asked for a reship. I am still waiting on the new item.

Just waiting for a reply back regarding a drop in price just after I ordered.
