And, the prices are fear, affordable & the best ever. I love *******@collection!

The site is easy to navigate and has photos. The product descriptions do not include measurements on several items I looked at.

I have never had a problem with any order from Collections. Etc. Only once did I get charged for shipping and my order was over $90.00 and should have been free shipping (over $45.00) but all in all I love the products that I order from you. And the time to get my orders is very short.

The only place I could find a large laundry room mat

I had big problems with the web site. I couldn't get it to accept my credit card. I called the company, and the person told me that she couldn't help me either. I finally just clicked off the web site and thought that I had not bought the product. Then I got an email that said the sale had gone through. The product arrived safely and was fine, but the process of buying it was not fine.
