I generally have an overall good experience with Collectionsetc. There is only one product, from a long time back, since my beginning with Collectionsetc I have not been happy with; however, I have kept the product because they are pretty and hope to find another use for the product.
Found what i was looking for with ease at a great price
I hate pop-up trying to "save me shipping" or offering a prize - all taking me to other sites! And then there are the pop-up videos that you have to wait for them to finish before you can close them!

The two plants I ordered, came separately, when they arrived, one was totally dead, & the other was sick. I called right away, & was told they were just dormant, so I planted both the dead one, & the halfdead one. So far a week later, they are now both dead. Things around them are growing, but your customer service said I have to wait a month to see if any life remains. So there goes the growing season, live & learn. I told your agent, I learned not to buy plants from you! And yes, I'm very disappointed. Elizabeth Adams
I was well pleased with the delivery of my order. It was delivered sooner than the date on the shipment order. I used the Air Dragon Deluxe to inflate small tires and it worked really well.

Items were not good quality. Some were not as described. Shipping took too long but was free.

I loved the fringed kimono I ordered. It was too large for me, but that was the only size available at the time I ordered. It was on clearance and the only size available. I thought it would fit, but it was too large.
Of the 7 items I ordered, 2 were unacceptable. Upon explaining the reasons for my dissatisfaction to your Customer Service Department, they made arrangements to withdraw the charges for those items on my credit card and handled my concerns quickly, courteously, and very fairly. I was very pleased with the way the matter was handled. I will continue to makes purchases in the future because I have the assurance of proper service after the sale, should there be any issues.
