Shipping is very expensive. Your products are very reasonable, though. I enjoy viewing your catalogs or online shopping. I want almost everything. Very unique items at an affordable price. Shipping cost is ridiculous, though. Thank you for your products.

Enjoy the browsing of the catalog on line and receiving the paper catalog to see the new things. Ordering is easy and if you need to send something back, customer service is great.

I have ordered from Collections before, just have to watch the size of things, most time smaller than what the picture shows.

Realize you say "up to") One expects awesome discounts and it is very depressing. And you add extra fees at the end to get YOUR money back. I just get disgusted and cancel the entire offer. I realize your aim is to fill your pockets, but all buyers are not stupid and some resnt the game playing.
