It was a simple order. I don't agree with the $3.95 charge you add to the cost. I can understand if you have to replace the item, but if the buyer is satisfied and doesn't need to send it back, or if the item was delivered, then you didn't have to replace anything and the customer was charged $3.95 for nothing! And the money is just added to your wallet!

I thought I had already ordered and was all waiting for my order. Here my order was incomplete. I am looking forward to my order now.

I called today for you to change my billing address as I have moved and you didn't so I could finish my ordering. What a pain to spend an hour trying to order and verify a wrong address. I hope my order makes it to the new address.
