I have purchased products from you in the past, and was happy with your products, however, lately your products are of very poor quality.

Bought three bed skirts, a chair slip cover, and all four are great products with a very good price also shipping was fast.

Easy ordering - like the products

Good the delivery service you got to have them work on, first they said it would be delivered on 10-4-20 and then I recived it on the 10-5-20 and on the package it said it called two times, well they never called at all and we were pretty upset, so your delivery service is not up to par.

I really like my cat tree. I couldn't get the battery compartment open on the first tree so they sent me another one free of charge.

I've shopped with Collections for years and for the majority of items, have been satisfied with the quality.

Overall, the shipment was good, except for the Christmas swag which was scrunched up in a small box. I thought I got the wrong item until I figured out how to open it.
I think it would have been better opened up and put in plastic.
