It started orders over $40 dollars shipping free. I was charged shipping.

I felt the time from ordering to receiving was way too long even with COVID, etc. I was informed that some items were backordered, which was ok, but I wish the other items would have been sent immediately as one was a birthday card for my brother and today is his birthday! I the items were have been sent when available I would have had it to mail to him. It seems the complete order had to be shipped at one time and unfortunately, it didn't work in my favor. At this time, not pleased with my experience and will hesitate in the future on ordering. Sorry...
