My FIRST order has been MISSING in transit for the last 7 days 350 miles from delivery destination. Collections, Etc. insists the package is in Clinton, PA but Fedex says package departed that location and is now lost. I tried 4 different numbers and a whole day to contact Collections, Etc. without success. I tried the "they'll call me back" and waited, and waited without a call back all day and night. I had to call as if I was placing an order to even speak to anyone. All they said was package was in Clinton, PA. They don't know what the word "departed" means. I had to get really nasty to speak to a supervisor. I had Fedex on one phone, Collections, Etc. on the other. Fedex is starting a "file". Finally Collections, Etc. SAY they'll refund my $90. We'll see. This was my first order and it will be my last! I don't need this frustration. I've never, ever had so much problem contacting a business.
