Happy with my experience, will do it again.

Returned merchandise. It did not measure anywhere close to my Doctor's pressure cuff.

Good quality for the price

First order had to be corrected. Your personnel were very nice and very helpful.

The skorts I ordered ran a bit large, so I would recommend ordering a size smaller than you usually wear. Skorts are 100% cotton but not made of the smooth fabric pictured.

I don't like the postage you charge..

I never recieved this package if it's the order I think it is. I called customer service and she gave me a run around. Saying it would be here in 24 to 48 hours. Well no it never showed up after a week. I called again and spoke to a person who treated me nicely and gave me what I needed she is reordering my merchandise.

I won't be ordering again from Collections. This experience gave me fits and I don't need the aggravation.

The fencing I ordered was not of the same design I had purchased in the past (Adirondack); I preferred the original fencing ordered in the past for it seemed to be sturdier!

Love shower curtain. Grill mates for oven and grill make for easy cleanup. Rug is just what I was looking for. Prices very reasonable

I was supposed to get an email with a code for a discount, but after waiting 6 hours it never came. Also, the wreath I purchased didn't look anything like the quality of the one in the picture. I will end up donating it since I would never put it on my door it looks so cheap.

I was expecting free shipping. Instead, I am charged $6.99 + a processing fee of $2.75. Disappointing.
