I have yet to be dissapointed with any item that I have ordered or with delivery.
The alarm clock was a good price and looked nice but it did not work as we could not get the time to sync up for our area to correctly adjust the time so we are not sure if the clock was defective or what the issue was but we had to return it and hopefully they will not charge us for the return fee.
