Collectionsetc.com offers items I can't find anywhere else. The communication in the emails is great. I never have to worry if the items I ordered have been shipped. I have bought from them many times and intend to keep shopping with them online.

Funny cut. Lots of threads hanging from seams. Funky smelled, had to wash to get out. Afraid of shrinking washed cold water. Low quality cotton.

Fast and had what I wanted
Two of the items I ordered were defective but Collections Etc. took care of the problem for me. As a company, they are wonderful to work with. Ordering is fast and easy and usually, for the price, the products are great. Over the years, I have encountered a few products that were not of the quality I expected and or defective but Collections Etc. has always stood by their guarantee. I will continue to shop with them!

Disappointed in the leaves. I was expecting to have loose stems. Used only one set that I tore apart and added to an outside plant. Not sure if I will leave it there. More I see it the less I like it.
Liked the 'Little Boy & Girl' sitting on the bench, until I tried to open the box. It became a nightmare for me. I am 79 years old with muscle problems. Trying to open the box was like trying to get into Fort Knox. I ended up with millions of little white balls all over my floor just trying to pull the box out. The constant worry for me falling while trying to clean up the mess made me know I wil 'NEVER AGAIN' order something from Collections that in a box, especially if it's Made In China!
