I ordered 4 items. I received 3, one was wrong item. They told me to keep item but O still have not received the pants. I also have not received the pajamas I ordered. Now I am getting a message saying I received a refund but it doesn't say if that was for the pjs or not I am confused on if the pjs are coming. In my account I have a refund and another debit for 19.95.
The products' design suits my style.
For the most part I felt like the items were of cheap quality

I returned the quilt and two (2) shams, but have not received a refund and/or update, etc.:-(
I made a purchase through collections ect, the day I made the purchase they charged my credit card $39.20, then they "submitted the final amount" the next day for $40.73. Which means they put two charges on my bank card, one of which is in a "holding" for 6 business days. So they have $79.93 of my money out of my bank account instead of the $40.73. Called them and pretty much was told by the middle eastern gentleman " to bad take it up with your bank, thats how we do it. We put a hold on the amount and then figure out what the sales tax should be and then charge that amount" I will never EVER order from this company again if they are going to operate this way! DARN CROOKS! I have never ever heard of someone double charging you and then you get one of the payments back in 6 business days!
Delivery took longer than normal due to COVID-19, but overall satisfied.

Issue with trying to contact Collections etc. could never get to the contact page from link. Some of my items were showing in stock when I ordered and were actually on back order. I still have not received a part of the order from August and your site is showing it will not be available until 01/08/2021. I wanted the items for this fall season.

It took quite awhile to receive my order I mean over 6 weeks...Frustrated as I was, I call customer service and they politely told me it was delayed but was it was coming...The curtains I ordered finally arrived and I was very pleased with my purchase...Very, very pleased...Thank you Collections,Etc...

Took way too long to arrive. We just received it today.
Took a while for my order to ship and mail service is horrible at this time. Still waiting for one item to ship. Would love to order item #******* but haven't yet since i haven't received all of first order.
I ordered 2 face masks. One came very quickly, but it took a long time for the other to come. Once I received a message it was shipped, it still took several weeks to get here.

My last order was Unsatisfactory. The Tree Top on the House was Broken and the Merry Christmas Bells were Cheaply made. It had Hot Glue all over the Bells, and most of the Bows had fallen off. The Kitchen Towels were so thin you could see through them but they were cute. I was not Satisfied with that order at all. Very Disappointed.
I love shopping Collections, Etc. because I find neat things to purchase.
