I was disappointed that the chair pad had nothing to strap it to my chair.
I have been a customer for a number of years and have always been pleased with the products I ordered. But about 6 months ago I called Customer Service for help and was treated very badly so I cancelled the order I was about to place and never ordered again until this recent order. As I always am I was pleased with the items and will order again.
I placed two orders for hallway runners about a month apart. I was very satisfied with the product.
The runners have an excellent reverse side so no pads are needed underneath.
I usually order through the mail but decided to do it on line this time. So fast and easy.
Prices are affordable and the products are beautiful

Registered but keeps saying no account had to order as guest! Simply don't remember being on epsom before but said I wasl this was old posting! Did receive order was happy with it! Originally ordered cause wanted a pull up face mask but didn't get! Guess it wasn't ordered after all! But again bottom line I don't do subscription stuff! That's why quit last time! Never see that information until receive order! Sent couple emails already asking to be disconnected! No reply yet!
One of the purchase system that I made was broken and I got it.
Bought the snowman cookie server. It topples over when you add the glass, can not put cookies on it. Reached out to customer service via email and phone, no response.

Always find great products. The magnetic jewelry clasps are very well made.
This company has on more than one occasion taken advantage of an 88 year old woman. They have cashed her checks and not delivered her merchandise. When you call you get an amazing run-around. They have not delivered anything and yet they keep the taxes and shipping costs and do not want to refund your money for the items themselves. What is the definition of a thief?
