I ordered a gift on November 24 and received notice that the items were on backorder. When I sent an email to request an estimated in-stock date, I only received a 10% coupon code with a "sorry" message. My original question was never addressed. On December 3, I received a shipment notification. Originally, FedEx said the product was expected to be delivered on December 15. As of December 22, still no package. I called the company to request assistance and they are completely unwilling to offer any assistance on their product. The items were ordered a month before Christmas and will not arrive. I understand shipping has been a concern this season, but this company has been nonresponsive from the start.
Ordered a 1000 piece puzzle. When came looked like it had been put together and resealed... now I know why says after 1 week of family came together to work on... missing pieces! Anybody that does puzzles this is horrible! Called and got refund and they said it would be processed next day along with an email confirmation. Now 10 days later and no refund. Called and they could not give me a time at first and said it would be 2-3 weeks. Don't ever buy from this company. Puzzle was not cheap... but obviously discounted and unfortunately duped and out $26
I placed my order on Dec 2 and used my credit card and pre authorization was given by my bank but you never followed through and if I hadn't called I would not have even known it was not shipped I now have no idea when I will get my Christmas order I had to call you and had a very hard time understanding the dialect of your employees
I am heartbroken at not having my presents
I ordered numerous items online from Collections Etc back in November 2020. I finally received an email after 3+ weeks letting me know 1 of the items would be delayed, but after checking online, absolutely nothing has shipped! Then I get an email asking to confirm the arrival of my order, that I don't have!?! So I call and it's going to be another 7-10 days so maybe I'll have next year in January after 5-6 weeks... yep, just in time for Christmas, Next Year! So if you order, which I'm not highly recommending, keep it small and break it up into multiple orders so it doesn't get held up like mine did!
ON December 11,2020, I went to the website of Collections, etc. and I wrote on the search net solar blue lights and it showed me the picture for blue net lights. Placed the order and when I received the items (4 boxes) they were Solar Powered Outdoor String Lights. Completely misleading photo same as when searching for the item. I immediately called Collections etc. customer service and I explained to the lady what happened and asked her for a return label because the information for these lights was completely misleading. After going back and forth, the lady informed me that they were going to deduct from the return the amount of $7 and change and I told her that it was OK. She said that I will be receiving by email the return label within 24 hours. The 24 hours was over yesterday afternoon and as of today, no return label has been received. Called Collections etc. again, and the lady told me to wait for the label that it takes 24 hours for me to receive it. I explained to her that I've already been waiting for more than 24 hours since my call on Monday and that I have not received the label. Then she said that the label was emailed today so I will have to wait 24 hours. I cannot understand this wait because when an email is sent it doesn't take 24 hours after it has been sent because it is an electronic transaction. I got so upset that I just hang up the phone because at this time I cannot comprehend how someone is so stupid to tell a customer that an email was sent today and that I have to wait 24 hours to get it. Collections etc. was a good company, I've been a client for more than 10 years, however, it might be that it has been a change of ownership or something else because their customer service and their deliveries are nothing like before and as of today, they are a complete disaster.
I was very impressed with how quickly my order was shipped. And also with the quality of the items I purchased. Great products for great prices.

I did not received all of my order
It takes too long to get an order, they are extremely difficult to contact, the wait time is ridiculous, and the folks who answer their phones don't understand English. The order I finally got had items obviously substituted for what I had actually ordered, and included a T-shirt I had cancelled. Their catalogs get thrown right into the garbage from now on.
I was trying to shop by catalog numbers and one of the items kept saying it was wrong but when i did it by description and selected it came up with that number.

Have always liked all the products purchased here. Have used this item before and like it. It took awhile to get responses, but in the end they sent a replacement.

Received email notification that my order shipped, but tracking number does not indicate any shipping activity. I contracted the shipping vendor, FedEx, and they indicated they never picked up the shipment from Collections Etc. I called Collections Etc. they would ship in 3 to 4 weeks. This is my first and last transaction with this company. I have the bogus FedEx tracking number and will continue to monitor any shipping activity.

Answer: Not sure if you have already resolved this or not but customer service email fir collections etc is [email protected] They are very helpful and promptly replied to me when I emailed them. (Within less than 2 hours on a Sunday, they replied to me.)
