I had several things in my cart, mostly for the garden and then noticed the abundance of pro tRump merchandise. I have zero interest in purchasing anything from a company that promotes that POS.

I have been a customer for 30 years or more, I am extremely disappointed in the company now. I ordered roses from them 5 different ones, 4 out of the 5 never grew. The one that did is a tiny little rose bud plant, not the big beautiful ones I purchased. Spoke to customer service which is in the Philippines, thought I was going to be pleased with the way they were handling my call. Only to find out I was charged again and my order was going to be resent. I called numerous times last week advising them, they the charged me again... spoke to so many people, rude people at that. Finally had the issue taken care of, received my new order today, two of them say they are the type I purchased, two are absolute mud and water, no label.
I called them again, asked how I could speak to someone in the US, they said they would transfer me, I don't believe I spoke with anyone in the US, the person I spoke to said her name was Alex, did not understand what I was saying at all. Tried to tell me if I received a red rose then it was the fire and ice rose I ordered, since it was red. I tried to explain many times that was a tiny little rose bud plant, not the big roses. She was rude yelling at me, because she didn't understand.
I have never experienced customer service like this from them in the past, I don't believe they will receive my business again, since they are so rude & customer service is in the Philippines. Customer service needs to be in the US with their company.
Sadly there is no way to speak to anyone with the company here in the states, so they are not aware of the service they are providing.
I no longer recommend this company to anyone!

Customer service

I recently put in a order for 5 items approximately on 04/05/22 found out 2 items were on backorder instead of sending the other 3 items. They wanted to wait a month till the 2 back ordered items might come in. I don't understand that concept since I am a repeat customer. And need the other items asap I am still waiting? What happened to customer service? They should expedite what they do have in-stock as soon as possible In my opinion. From a person who works in total satisfaction customer service. And notify me when the order is being shipped with a tracking number. This goes a long way with good communication with your customers.

Overcharge

They show you a charge and then charge delivery and a crevice. Ask customer services cr for an invoice and they don't have one. Will not buy from them again

I purchased 2 money socks, the product is very nice, the cost of the two pair was $25.98, shipping & processing was $12.98, tax was $3.12 total bill was
$42.08. This was shipped from Melrose Park, Il. To Geneva, Il.
Should have purchased on A axon and not had to pay for shipping.

I finally got my products after several phone calls and 2 bad reviews. The product finally arrived on 1-27-2022 (placed in early Dec. '21 & time allowed for holidays). Product is working GREAT but only given 3 stars due to the shipping problems (they use FedEx). Next time (if there is one) I will pay for expedited shipping and not use the "free" shipping. Collections Etc may want to look into someone other than FedEx for future shipments. I will also be posting a review on FedEx too. I am so sorry it took bad reviews to get my products to me

LOUSY DELIVERY SERVICE

Placed an order on Dec 8,2021. Today is 1-21-2022. Still waiting for delivery, Just spent ANOTHER 15 minutes on the phone -this is the 4th phone call- and was told AGAIN that it would be put to the highest priority AGAIN. I just want someone to be honest with me. Tracking says it has been in Georgia since the 17 of Dec. If you have other options USE THEM. I DO NOT RECOMMEND buying from this company.

Bad custom service they do not listen to what you are saying. My order was cancelled by them called she was going to reorder it. Called them back because I didn't get any comformation on my order the girl never put my order back in the system. Done with Collections Etc.

Stole my money

Purchased items on their site. Transaction complete. PayPal billing complete. Order ships. Then I get an email from PayPal saying Collections just added $14 to a $24 order with no reason given. AVOID!

You Can Do Better

I have ordered several times over the years, and when I do finally receive the purchase I'm generally happy with it when I finally receive it, the customer service lacks actual customer service. Do not order if you need it by a certain date (unless you are ordering MONTHS before you need it) as they will take much longer than expected. They ship via Fedex when you pay extra for "Express" delivery, so don't expect it to arrive in the estimated 3-5 business days. I ordered on Dec 4th, paid extra for "3-5 Day Express" it's currently Dec 17th and still lost in CA. Fedex is saying it's expected to deliver tomorrow (Dec 18th) but Fedex doesn't deliver here on Saturdays... so... and we still have to wrap, pack and express ship these GIFTS to our grandchildren. Thanks Collections Etc. I won't be ordering gifts from them ever again and I expect I won't be ordering much of anything from them ever again. They can blame it on current events all they want, but this has been an ongoing issue for years. It's just a convenient excuse provided them now.

Business as usual

I recently placed an order for three items, one of which I knew was back ordered. After 2 weeks went by and I hadn't received the two in stock items, I called to find out the order status. I was informed that they were waiting for the one item that wasn't in stock. I insisted that one item shouldn't hold up the entire order. The rep assured me that the other two items would go out that day from the warehouse. After waiting another week and calling back, I was informed that the two items had never gone out, and they were waiting for the back ordered item to come in before the rest of the order would be sent. I tried canceling the order, but at that point, the rep informed me that she couldn't do that since the order had already been sent to the warehouse. I told her that I would accept the order, but I will never order from the company again. Her response was "I'm sorry to hear that". To add insult to injury, I still have NOT received the package(s), even though it's been over a month since I placed the order. After some thought, I've decided that I won't accept the package(s) at all. That would be tantamount to accepting the manner on which they've treated me as a customer. I refuse to be dismissed in that manner.

Delayed Orders

While I have ordered items three times in the past, I will never order from them again. I sent a check which was cashed in the first week of November for bedroom items. Patiently waited as I understand the extravagant shipment delays going on. Called on 11/23 only to find out everything was either on back order until at least 11/30 or even December 30th. I asked to cancel my entire order with an understanding that it would take seven to ten business days for the check. AND then called on 12/09 of which I was told they do not have a date for my refund. Ridiculous! Over a month has now gone by and much more than ten business days without my refund. This is exactly why small companies go under. No more orders for catalogs that cannot deliver. Period.

Rip off

I placed a order about a half hr ago and i wanted to cancel that order and they said it's too late. That is such bull$#*! that you can't cancel your order. Their rude and a total tip off. Plus they charge your surcharge on rop of the shipping fee. I told the lady that i will not oder from them ever again.

I have been a long term customer for years. Until they started promoting obviously biased political propaganda products. That advocate their political biases of the corporation or owner.
While all have a right to an opinion, for a corporation to promote and advocate divisive lies and right wing propaganda is disgraceful and counterproductive.
As a customer, I had grown to expect balanced products that appeal to all political points of view and humor. An sorry to see their company deteriorate into promoting and selling disproved lies by a former leader of questionable integrity, honesty and faux patriotism that led to sedition
I have to assume that these products either reflect this corporations political beliefs, or they are ok with the questionabrl ethics of the former president. Or they have caved into the opportunistic profits regardless of ethics... perhaps all of the above.
Regardless, I no longer wish to purchase from this corporation / family and aid or abet their financial support of such values.
I will be canceling my account.

Horrible Service

So many things that I will be writing for too long. I tried ordering through the internet and it didn't go through because although they religiously send this magazine to Puerto Rico, they to not deliver there. So I called to get the ordered done via Cust Ser. I told the rep that the prices she was quoting were higher than the prices I was getting on the computer. She said she couldn't do anything about it. Mind you, the prices on the computer started off with a lower price then magically changed to higher prices as I was processing the order. It's been three weeks and they still haven't sent the order! Their excuse is that they are waiting to send with 2 items that are out of stock. Instead of just sending the bulk and sending the others later, they made the decision to wait to send everything. Terrible cust serv they totally ignored the three times I called and told them not to wait, to send what they got. If it wasn't that my elderly mom wanted it, I would never, ever purchase from this company again.

Ordered from them and first they are waiting in a back ordered item that keeps getting pushed out further so they won't ship any of my stuff till the back ordered item comes in so I cancel the back ordered item so the rest of my stuff will ship, a week later I call them and stuff still has not been shipped, they tell me it is due to ship in the next day or two after 3 weeks of waiting for my stuff to ship and 3-4 phone calls it finally ships but to someone else that I didn't even know! Call customer service and all they can tell me is they are going to escalate it to their tech resolution team! Nothing about rushing my order to me although my card already shows I have paid for the products. Well happy holidays to the person that gets my order hope you enjoy the products I ordered.

In the spring of 2021 i ordered 3 josephs coat rose bushes from collections. I finally got 2 bushes and was told when i called that they would send another. After waiting forever i called again and was told they dont have them anymore and was eventually refunded for the one i didnt get after months of waiting. Fast forward to now, the 2 bushes i did get are blooming... they are not the josephs coat that i ordered. These are stark white roses! I called yet again to ask for a refund and was told i was already given one. After explaining and explaining again what the 1st refund was for, i thought i finally made someone understand, only to first get offered a store credit, which i refused because i will not buy anything else from them, then eventually given a refund of 12 bucks and some change which dont even cover the price of one bush let alone two. Shoddy customer service at best. The reps were never rude, they just ran me around in circles trying to explain the situation... fed up and done with them. Taking my measly 12 bucks and shopping somewhere else. This business needs a serious overhaul!

Don't buy from them!

I never liked the quality of these products, but, I decided to use them once in a while for the low prices. This time I received a wrong item that costs less than the item I ordered. I thought it was not a big deal, a usual occurrence. Turned out not so! First, I have to pay to send it back my own money or Collection Etc. wants to charge me $10 for the return label. That's half of the total cost of my purchase and more than a half of the cost of the item I received. That means, even if I send it back, I will only get back half of the money for the item I didn't order. I couldn't imagine anything like this happening anywhere, but it does and the name of the company is Collections Etc. Don't buy from them! Or be ready to pay for their mistakes and errors.
