I ordered a skirt to wear at a wedding I was attending. When I got the package there was not enough time for an exchange before the event. Was very disappointed. See pictures attached. They are similar but not the same. I ordered the longer one and received the short one.

I AM STILL MISSING ONE ITEM YOU HAD SAID WAS ON BACK ORDER, PLEASE CONFIRM ITS STILL GOING TO BE SHIPPED WHENN YOU HAVE IT IN STOCK.

There were two of the wind spinners that were missing parts. I did not want to deal in mailing them back so I had to replace the pieces.

My review for this product has gotten waylaid since my purchase in May 2022 for reasons unknown but my issue is unchanged: The instructions are absolutely impossible to follow (see screenshots)! There is NO WAY a layman can easily follow all the "press and hold" steps and still understand what the results of these crazy steps are. And, Customer Support for this product and/or manufacturer info has proven to be non-existent. For the potentially normal, and especially elderly people, this product is not the one for you. Please beware...

I ordered three items. I called to cancel them and was told they were not shipped BUT they were packaged so I could not cancel, even though they were not shipped. I had to wait until I received them (package was a tyvek envelope) Then open it, fill out a return form and send it back. Now I have to wait ANOTHER two weeks to get a refund, with a return or restocking fee deducted. Will not be back

I ordered a gray king size bedspread with 3 shams… was concerned about it because of other reviews of it not being the right color. I received the right color and size. Looks very nice in our room! (The great thing is that it is reversible to match shams.) Most importantly- hubby liked it too! Thank you Collection Etc.

The clothes you sell are spot on size wise. They are very comfortable and yet nice to look at. I received lots of compliments when I wore them.

My lights are not working I've positioned them several times still nothing. There's nothing else to say

I like to find presents all year long... even well before the celebration. That way, there is no stress at the last minute.
I've made many purchases from Collections Etc. and have always been satisfied. This time I got 2 pairs of pajamas that look, fit, and feel great. They were even on sale! I bought some early Christmas and Birthday presents for a steal, too. Everyone will be thrilled and I am proud of myself for finding the bargains!

Item purchased was just as pictured and was very happy with the way it looked and the value of the product.

The items I order came.
They were what I expected.
I like everything.
I do wish the clock/weather station would stay lit all the time though.

I ordered 3 tee shirts- all were perfect. One is going to a friend and I know she will love it. The Unicorn shirt is beautiful and I will wear it often. Thanks for the great products!
