Ordered Set for guest bedroom. Was exactly as pictured in magazine. Love it when a plan comes together.

I order the flower singing birthday candle that is suppose to open when lit. One of the candles was missing and the box was all crinkled and scotch tape across the top. I notified the company and they are supposed to be sending a candle. I'm putting faith in the company that it will work. Let's hope it does.

The Lazboy store wanted $99.00 for arm covers. I said no thanks. Glad you carry the neutral "grey" in stock.

The material of the robe is rather stiff, even after washing, and the zipper is not smooth at either the bottom or the top - it pokes and scratches my skin.

Let me start by saying, overall positives reviews don't necessarily work for the product you order. I chose to ignore pictures showing a failed product. It had to be something the user was careless about.
Well, shame on me. I was extremely careful using the outdoor furniture cover(s). 2 weeks proved I made the right choice. The 3rd week must have met "the mean time to failure " because chair 1 cover had a slight tear I ducktaped. No problem chair 2 cover had a tear but no one had been outside. That tear created 2 more nearby. No tape repair would salvage it. With my back turned, chair ripped along the tape & the fabric became brittle to the touch. The covers lasted a total of 17 days.
Don't buy this product t.
I'll order the $26 variety that is guaranteed.
Consider a BUYER BEWARE on this product.

Very comfortable and easy to take care of. They did not shrink when washed or dried. I would buy them again.

We like the covers very much; they fit our new chairs very well. My only suggestion is that our chairs are recliners and they are not quite long enough.

I like the items I bought. They run a little big so be careful when ordering. They are a great company & I will continue to purchase from them. I will recommend this company to others.

You were unable to fulfill my order in a timelt manner. Your email to me showed that the items were not shipped, however when I called back again, the third time, I was told I could not cancell because they were getting ready one ONE item for delivery. I asked had it been packed? They said no but it was getting packed. Told them not to pack or ship! Again cancelled my order.
STOP SENDING ME EMAILS and Hire people that can understand and comprehend the english launage

This site was easy to use, the things I ordered that were on sale, were better than I thought they might be and they are quick about getting your order to you.

These chair pads are great! They haven't fallen off the legs of our dining room chairs. The chairs glide across the floor.

This order was the wrong color for me. I have ordered the right color and am waiting for a return label to be sent to me so that I can return the wrong color order.
