I've ordered from Collections Etc. before but this was the worst experience EVER. No communication that my order was on back order or when it would ship. Emailed twice asking for when it would ship and how but no response. Not until it did ship over a week later and still didn't know how it was shipped. I was extremely disappointed and doubt very much I'll bother ordering from you again. Then I couldn't even send my review without signing up with them on Facebook - WHY?

Products that I ordered seem to be of very good quality, I just wish it didn't take quite so long, could have a bit quicker.

I ordered the bird seed collector because I had a problem with birds knocking the seed all over the place. This catcher has eliminated most of the seed that falls. I really like it.

I am very happy with my two new quilts from your site! They are exactly what I wanted and needed for my bed... light weight and just right in size! Thank you

The hanging hummingbirds are so precious and beautiful! They light up at night and sparkle so brightly. They even are a pleasing sight to see in daylight. A SUPER buy!

I've ordered from Collections Etc. for quit a few years and am very satisfied with their products. Their sizes are right on and fit and look nice. I've ordered many yard orniments that enhance the look of my yard.

Every time I place an order I like the stuff I get thank you very much every time I get a catalog I see more stuff I'd like

We bought this to partially cover our screened in porch. It is both pretty and functional. It breaks the wind and cuts the sun.

Purchased something in latter part of 2020 or early 2021.
In February received a $15.85 charge from Winston Brands.
Again in March received a $15.85 charge from Winston Brands. Decided to follow-up and found it was some type of "Premier Membership" paid monthly. Able to get March's refunded.
I ordered a pair of pants and a foot scraper for my wife at a given total.
Within a few days, I was charged an additional amount on PayPal.
The pants were too large, so returned them, not as an even swap, but had to pay an additional $10 to get my money back.
Decided to send the pants back and accept a reduced refund. Refund has not yet appeared in my account.
Ordered another pair of the same pants and again was charged an additional amount on PayPal.
Complained and was told that sales tax, shipping, and handling were added after the fact.
No mention of the additional charges nor the restocking fee that I had to pay.

Have told my wife to not use Collections Etc in the future. Too expensive. Now just have to survive the costant barrage of catalogues that are put in my mailbox.

Tried to load copies of sales and other documentation, but not allowed to load PDF files.

The color is not as shown on the website. That's why I had to return it. I'm still waiting for the replacement.

NOT SURE IF IT WAS THE WAY THE BOX WAS TAPED SHUT, BUT WHEN IT WAS DELIVERED, IT WAS OPEN AND AN ITEM WAS MISSING... THIS COULD BE THE SHIPPER, NOT COLLECTIONS.

I have an order in my cart that could not be processed must call customer service. Called customer service could not understand much of what was said and was being pressured to purchase a club card that I would not use. My order prices on my screen were very low compared to what is being repeated to me. I was argued with repeatedly by their customer service representative told them to cancel everything.

I am done with not being able to order on line. I am not paying for service fees or more that what is shown on my screen.

Border for tiles look amazing! Glad you had them. I tell everyone where I purchased them. Already had big tiles but border really shows them off. Never had to return anything.
