I buy from Collections regularly and I am always pleased with my merchandise. Items arrive in a timely manner.

Always happy with my orders and receive it in a timely manner. Whenever there is a back order situation always good communication from them.

The Suncatchers worked nicely where I wanted them to. They were just the right size for the window without blocking the view.

After that post, I had received my order, having taken awhile, but was fine. As said, I will just not order from them again, being an unusual experience.

Item is not as describe wonted to send it back but it would have cost more to ship it back then what i paid for it.

Made a mistake on a order and noticed it right away. Cancel it and sent email to cancel right away. The next day noticed it still wasn't canceled so decided to call and speak with a person and I couldn't believe how rude he was and unwilling to try and correct the problem. I will not do business with this company that doesn't care about their customers anymore than that. Very disappointed in this company.

I was pleased with my order and it actually arrived quicker than my orders from here usually get here, which was very nice. The armrest covers fit my couch almost perfectly and my husband is very happy with his wrap around sunglasses

I was very pleased with my Items, and also the shipment was quick. Would order again in the near future after seeing the quality of the items that I already received.

I was a loyal customer since I was a teenager. I grew up with my great grandmother who bought from Collections Etc. Sadly that day has ended. (1.5 stars on BBB)

After I submitted an order I immediately noticed my correct address that I just input somehow was replaced with an old address. My last two orders from them were sent to my current address, it makes zero sense this one was sent to a years-old one. (Long deleted from automatic input from my computer). I instantly called the "24 hour" line and got hung up on. Tried again... again as I said "... Hello?" *click*. So I emailed them. Not two minutes after I made my order (and discovered there is no online cancel). I kept checking back and this afternoon I had an email from them that might as well say "go f*** yourself". So I CALLED them AGAIN when I had the chance, seeing as I WORK on Saturdays. This time I got an answer but the agent tells me since I made the order yesterday it cannot be altered. I stated that on my end it still says the order has not shipped, asking for a change of address or to cancel and I would re-start. I was told it can't be done. Even though it will not be sent off within two days IF by then. Laziness or scam or both... I'm not sure. I am relieved I did not spend much this time as I was taking advantage of a sale for some towels but TBH I feel like an idiot because I could have spent the same at TJ MAXX with better quality and knowing I will actually get my product. VS getting ROBBED.

They have always had cheap products. That's part of why you'd buy from such a catalog. But the quality used to be consistent and therefore it was a good deal. Now it's pay for garbage and sometimes their items that aren't even cheap ($60 blanket) are still trash. Most recently; supposed to be a soft chenille bedspread but it's not true chenille. It's dollar-store towel material on top of an extremely thin layer of cotton (I'm talking thinner than any of the cotton sheets I own!) Upon return it's going to cost me $12 on top of my time wasted and I feel so ripped off. They can't keep up with the times... most places offer free returns now. Especially when it's their fault they embellished so heavily about a product.

Last few times I bought clothes from them they were poorly made and fell apart after a few washes. The fit is inconsistent even with the shoes. The shoes have been uncomfortable and I discovered some had to be thrown away because they are made of PVC! Known to contain harmful lead and cadmium etc. It's just not worth it. Especially when they are literally just taking my money now in exchange for wasting my time.

These are always so cute and comfy! My mama loves them and has lots of different colors of them. They are her go to pants during the warm weather.

This was written as a alternate down comforter. However it is much heavier than an alternate down, and it really seems more like a duvet but no place to put a comforter in it. There a small loops on all four sides (3 on each side). I don't like it at all. It is much heavier than I expected.

I have written to request return of TWO wagons - I ordered one but it was the wrong size and somehow you shipped two of the identical wagons - both too small.
I would like to return both for a refund please

The price is great and installation was simple. The product would be more appealing if a variety of sizes were available.

I order wreaths from Collections because they are beautiful and the prices are right. Not a fan of the lighted ones so I remove the lights and use them for another craft. Always slow delivery, so take that into consideration when placing your order.

Love ordering from collections because my items arrive quickly and in a secure box. Last time I ordered on Sunday and my items arrived that same week. Fast and reliable service.
